There have been amazing advances in Electrical Discharge Machining over the last three decades. Conventional EDM is getting much more sophisticated and we are working to enhance our abilities in this area. WireEDM in particular is technologically complex and advanced. Our latest machines are capable of size and location tolerances within .0001" and surface finishes down to 4 RA. Alpha Carb routinely upgrades the wire equipment to provide our customers with the latest cut speed, surface finish and surface integrity possible. With a department of 10 machines, we can give you the quality of parts you need in the time you need them.
