Quality

At Alpha Carb, quality begins with the selection and training of our employees. It is a process that takes years to implement.While some companies try to catch and stop as many defective parts from being shipped, our approach is different. We have all the personnel and equipment necessary to perform 100% inspection of each part that we produce, but inspection does not produce quality. Quality comes from the manufacturing process, from thoughtful design and from the selection of quality materials.

We use testing to insure that our employees have the necessary mindset before we even begin training. Our apprenticeship program is a combination of classroom and on-the-job training. This is followed up with continuing education. We involve our employees in our ISO process.

Our internal auditors are all from our various manufacturing departments. This training program was set up so that our manufacturing employees could learn first-hand what our customers needs are and then translate this into the best possible parts.
