At Alpha Carb Enterprises, Inc., quality begins with the selection and training of our employees. It is a process that takes years to implement. While some companies try to catch and stop as many defective parts from being shipped, our approach is different. We have all the personnel and equipment necessary to perform 100% inspection of each part that we produce, but inspection does not produce quality. Quality comes from the manufacturing process, from thoughtful design and from the selection of quality materials. We involve our employees in our ISO process.
Internal audits are performed utilizing an ISO consultant. This provides us with the most efficient quality system and the most up to date knowledge which is passed on to our employees.
In addition to our ISO certification, we are also currently ITAR Registered.
